Overview

Keep Safe (Beach Box Safe Inc.) is a hospitality technology startup creating an all-in-one solution for hotel rooms: a smart safe combined with a speaker, device charger, and AI-powered digital concierge.

The technology platform I built includes a Firebase backend for real-time device communication, an AI chatbot tuned for customer service scenarios, and analytics dashboards for hotel operators. The RAG pipeline enables the concierge to answer questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with accurate, contextual responses.

We secured our first $100K hotel partnership, validating market demand. The website (beachbox.co) showcases the product and serves as the primary sales channel.
